– Two-hour online onboarding session covering company policies, customer service standards, and system training
– Interactive chat simulations and role-playing exercises
– First live shift monitored by quality assurance for feedback and coaching
– Most employees begin paid work within 3–5 business days of training completion
Typical Workday
A typical shift involves logging into the secure chat platform and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously. You might help a customer recover their login credentials, guide another through billing adjustments, and assist a third with subscription changes—all using scripted responses and the company knowledge base.
