Floor Cleaning Technician

As a Floor Cleaning Technician and ServiceMaster Service Partner, you will support a team that works together to deliver the best solutions and customer service to our clients. We are looking for experienced, dependable cleaning subcontractors to join our growing team! Key areas include: kitchen cleaning with experience, floor care experience, warehouse cleaning, office cleaning, and post-construction cleaning.

Requirements:

• Valid business license or ability to work as a subcontractor (1099)
• Reliable transportation and cleaning supplies/equipment for your specialty
• Commercial cleaning experience
• Able to pass background check if required by clients
• Professional attitude - we work with high-profile accounts, so reliability is key!

We are especially interested in subs who offer:

• Floor care (stripping/waxing, carpet cleaning, VCT, concrete polishing)
• Post-construction cleaning
• Specialty or high-detail cleaning services
• Small crews available for large or rush jobs

Pay: Competitive per-job or monthly depends on the account.
