The Brattle Group, a privately held, global economics consulting firm, is looking for an experienced
Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition (TA) team in
Boston, MA office. Brattle's Talent Acquisition team strategically identifies, engages, and recruits skilled professionals who align with the firm's specialized expertise and client needs. They leverage innovative sourcing techniques and rigorous assessment methods to ensure the firm hires top-tier talent that strengthens the firm's market position.
This position will have direct involvement with the firm's global full life-cycle recruitment of corporate services (CS) positions. This could include positions up to the Manager level with the possibility of supporting more senior level positions depending on team capacity. The position will also support some of the general Human Resources functions of the Firm and may be used on special HR projects as necessary.
Some of the day-to-day responsibilities of this role include: - Works with corporate services hiring managers to fill designated positions
- Manages the full life cycle recruitment process for such candidates including candidate resume selection, scheduling, distribution of materials to interviewers, interview day monitoring/intervention, collection of feedback, decision facilitation, offer, and follow-up for all Brattle locations
- Sources qualified candidates through a variety of channels, including online job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals
- Serves as the main point of contact for Staffing Agency inquiries and contracts; ensuring all agency contracts are updated and reviewed by legal counsel
- Works with hiring managers who seek temporary staff in both consulting and CS; ensures applicable agreements are created, reviewed and approved; serves as the main POC for each temp position providing updates to agencies and along with the Manager of Talent Acquisition, provides solutions to any issues that arise and checks in with hiring manager
- Provides new hire information to HR teammates for applicable hires
- Assists TA team members with recruitment support of other candidates during busy season or as needed
- In partnership with others on the TA team, provides regular maintenance for recruiting databases and the Intranet, making edits and adjustments to templates, postings and candidate information
- Facilitate compliance or firm request for proposals focusing on EEOC and recruitment information
- Participate in candidate greetings/wrap ups for corporate services and consulting candidates, provide assistance with HR related meeting set-ups as back up, participate in firm wide orientation
- Participate in other HR related projects and administrative tasks such as candidate scheduling, when required
THE CANDIDATE - Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Five (5) years of demonstrated experience in full-life cycle recruiting experience required, in-house professional services recruiting experience is preferred
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent for a variety of positions, including Accounting, Finance, IT, Legal, Marketing, HR, and Administrative
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems, and other HRIS systems
- Experience working across multiple time zones desired
- Experience with competency-based and behavioral interviewing
- Experience partnering with senior level stakeholders
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Proven ability to analyze complex situations and make well-reasoned decisions
- Consistently demonstrated ability to assess risks and opportunities effectively
- Fast paced office environment handling multiple tasks and demands
- Requires the ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail
- Evening/weekend work may be required
- Travel as needed
Brattle offers a competitive benefits package, base salary, and bonus program for eligible roles based on individual and firm performance. The anticipated base gross salary range for this position in Boston, MA is $85,000 - $100,000 annually. Actual salary will depend on a variety of factors, including experience and training.
