A growing healthcare staffing agency in Boro Park is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter with a background in healthcare agency recruiting. The role requires someone with resilience, proactive cold-calling abilities, and strong relationship-building skills within the healthcare sector. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing healthcare professionals, particularly nursing staff, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This position offers a base salary with commission and requires flexible hours to accommodate healthcare professionals' schedules.

Responsibilities Include:

• Proactively cold-call and engage with healthcare professionals, particularly nurses, using provided lead lists.
• Build and maintain genuine relationships with candidates to create a reliable talent pipeline.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a good fit for healthcare staffing needs.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation.
• Transition into business development, managing your own book of business over time.
• Collaborate closely with the team to meet staffing targets in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment.

• Proven experience in healthcare agency recruiting, with a strong understanding of clinical roles.
• Excellent cold-calling and relationship-building skills.
• Resilient, able to thrive in high-pressure situations, and handle setbacks with ease.
