Receptionist – Electrical Service Company
📍 Location: Richardson Texas
🕒 Schedule: Full-Time
Benefits : Health insurance plan with company-paid premiums, paid time off (PTO), life insurance and 401k plan.
💲 Pay: Based on experience $19-$25

UTS is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Receptionist to join our team! This front-line role is critical in helping our business run smoothly by managing service calls, scheduling technicians, and delivering outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and warmth
• Schedule and manage service calls using scheduling software
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal team members
• Take detailed notes and maintain accurate call records
• Assist with daily administrative tasks and customer follow-ups

Requirements:

• Prior experience with a service company preferred (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and organized — must take meticulous notes
• Comfortable using basic scheduling or dispatch software
• Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
