Responsibilities: • Research real estate market area and provide information to clients so they can make an informed decision • Visit sites with clients and explain the features of the buildings along with financial and analytical data • Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal • Appraise properties using local real estate market comparisons to ensure fair market price to clients • Schedule and be present for all property inspections in order to assist clients with purchase/sale agreements • Lead generation • Database generation • Database systems • Set appointments • Close sales • Commercial sales script mastery Qualifications: • Skilled in industry practices and lease language • Proven negotiating and communication skills • Self motivated and self sufficient • Some sense of marketing and advertising practices • Real estate license • Commission opportunity • Good communication • Commercial real estate experience preferred About Company: Keller Williams Princeton is New Jersey’s most collaborative office.
