Responsibilities:

  • Determine clients’ needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions

  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate the value of properties

  • Prepare necessary paperwork for contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.

  • Maintain and update listings of available properties

  • Display and market real estate properties to potential buyers

Requirements

  • Proven track record of successful sales

  • Ability to work independently with excellent interpersonal skills

  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication abilities

  • Pleasant, trustworthy, and friendly demeanor

  • Familiarity with MS Office suite

  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license

  • Must be 18 years or older
