Job Summary
We are seeking a  Quality Engineer with experience in the  plastics manufacturing industry . The ideal candidate must have a strong background in  IATF 16949and  ISO 9000standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and ISO 9000 requirements
  • Develop, implement, and monitor quality control processes.
  • Perform audits, inspections, and root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with production teams to improve product quality and reduce defects.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for quality management systems.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quality Engineer in plastics manufacturing.
  • Knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 9000 standards.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Operate forklifts, cherry pickers, and clamp trucks to load and unload materials from trucks and containers.
Safely transport goods throughout the warehouse while adhering to all safety protocols.
Assist in order picking and packing processes to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
Maintain accurate inventory records using the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.
Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure safety and functionality.
Build pallets and prepare shipments for delivery as needed.
Follow all company policies and procedures regarding safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Proven experience operating forklifts and heavy equipment in a warehouse setting is preferred.
Familiarity with order picking processes and warehouse management systems is a plus.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
A valid forklift operator certification is highly desirable.
Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or in a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
