We are currently seeking a dynamic and highly-skilled QA Test Lead to join our innovative engineering team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of QA analysts and testers, developing test plans, and ensuring the quality of our engineering products. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced QA professional to work with cutting-edge technology and help shape the future of our business.
Responsibilities:
As a QA Test Lead, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Leading a team of QA testers in designing, developing, and executing test plans and test cases.
2. Ensuring all testing activities meet the standards and requirements of the Agile/Scrum methodology.
3. Conducting automated, functional, integration, and regression testing to identify system and software issues.
4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop appropriate test strategies.
5. Utilizing your experience with Microsoft Dynamics to improve our testing processes and methodologies.
6. Performing ETL testing to ensure the accuracy of data extraction, transformation, and loading processes.
7. Identifying, tracking, and escalating issues as necessary, and working with the development team to resolve them.
8. Providing regular reports on testing activities and results to stakeholders.
9. Continually improving our QA processes and methodologies to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the QA Test Lead position will have the following qualifications:
1. A minimum of 6 years of experience in QA testing, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
2. Extensive experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
3. Proven expertise in automated testing, functional testing, integration testing, and regression testing.
4. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is strongly preferred.
5. Experience with ETL testing is a plus.
6. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
7. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
8. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
9. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
