At Volt, our greatest strength is our people Volt is immediately hiring for Project Management Analyst 3 in Newport News, Virginia As a Project Management Analyst, you will support and manage the operational aspects of ongoing projects. This role serves as a key liaison between project management, planning, project teams, and line management—ensuring smooth execution and alignment with strategic goals. You’ll be supporting the Propulsion/Nuclear, Topside, and Program Office teams, helping drive project success through effective coordination, issue resolution, and performance tracking. Key Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day project operations and ensure alignment with objectives. Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams and leadership. Monitor project status, budgets, and schedules; prepare detailed reports. Identify and resolve project issues to meet productivity and quality goals. Develop tools and processes for tracking progress and solving problems. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of experience, or Master’s Degree with 4+ years of experience Substitution Options:4 years of related exempt experience may substitute for a Bachelor’s degree 8 years of non-related exempt experience may substitute for a Bachelor’s degree Preferred Skills & Expertise Earned Value Management (EVM) Lifecycle Resource Management (LRM) Contract Progressing Microsoft PowerPoint, Access, Excel SAP General Shipbuilding Knowledge Microsoft Office Suite Pay Rate:- $37 - $48/hr. *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Qualified candidates should APPLY NOW for immediate consideration!
