Programmatic Media Trader

We connect the dots between data and technology in media by identifying our clients' super fans, deterministically finding more of them, and converting them online in the most effective way.

Here’s what we need:

We’re seeing a highly-skilled and driven Programmatic Media Trader to join the Programmatic team at Delve. Responsible for independently owning programmatic campaigns and their success, you’ll accomplish this through strategic planning, deep optimization, and outside-the-box thinking. The Programmatic Media Trader plays a crucial role in driving success for our industry-leading brands. Results, outstanding. KPIs, exceeded. You get the gist. Think you’ve got what it takes? 

Here’s what you’ll do: Independent Campaign Management:

  • Management of programmatic campaigns independently with light supervision.
  • Autonomous budget management based on performance.
  • Strategic planning, deep analysis, continuous optimization of campaign performance.
  • Innovation and big ideas to enhance campaign effectiveness. Campaign Pacing and Optimization:
  • Precise campaign pacing and efficient budget utilization on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.
  • Ongoing performance optimizations to drive incremental results and ROI. Autonomous and Skilled:
  • Ability to build your own roadmap.
  • Juggle disparate responsibilities effectively.
  • Consistently deliver high-quality work. 
  • Detailed QA and troubleshooting as issues arise.
  • Strong communication skills within the team and with clients.

Here’s what you bring:

  • 2-3 years of experience with DV360, Amazon, or The Trade Desk, with the ability to explain reporting methods and campaign optimization approaches.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Ads.
  • Competence in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proactive mindset.
  • Strong presentation skills.
  • Analytical thinking and logical mindset.
  • Curiosity and collaborative mindset.
  • Familiarity with additional DSPs a plus. 

In this role, you can expect to acquire the following skills and knowledge:

  • Mastery of different DSPs and adtech tools.
  • Experience working with industry-leading clients.
  • Application of complex and innovative programmatic strategies.
  • Utilization of substantial budgets for testing new features and strategies.
  • Proficiency in working with various advertising formats; Display, OLV, CTV/OTT, Audio, DOOH, et al.
  • Exciting opportunities to tackle unconventional.
  • Continuous learning and growth in the programmatic advertising field.

In Colorado, the salary range for this position is $70,000-$90,000, plus bonus potential tied to individual and company performance, and is based on prior experience and qualifications.
