Job Overview: As the Production Coordinator at Valley Christian School, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the production and media aspects of events for Valley Christian Schools from Preschool through High School. This dynamic position requires a committed individual with a passion for leveraging technology to enhance the overall experience of our school community.
Responsibilities and Duties: - Coordinate sound, lighting, and video elements for all school events
- Collaborate with the Production Director to execute the overall ministry vision and direction
- Train and oversee student operators for school events, with a focus on Chapel productions
- Maintain equipment, including installation, minor repairs, and ordering of necessary supplies
- Serve as the main tech operator for all school events, scheduling volunteers as needed
- Set up AV equipment for events within the school
- Utilize advanced audio and visual equipment, including Behringer Wing audio console, Behringer X32 ONYX lighting systems, ProPresenter7 presentation software, and ROE video wall
- Interact with administrators, teachers, and students to assess and assimilate media requirements for events
- Monitor the master calendar for school events, coordinating media needs approval
- Work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, and weekends as required, and be on call for all events
