Title: PLC Programmer
Location: Norwalk, OH
Shift: 1 st
Wage: $30 to $40

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Write, repair and test PLC programs for machines and equipment using Allen Bradley Servo Programming and RS Logix 5000 and Panel View Plus HMI, Maple Systems HMI, Pro-face and other Software.
• Collaborate with engineering team and customers to proactively implement improvements for productivity and quality.
• Integrate, program and tune various brands of variable frequency drives.
• Read and interpret electrical, mechanical and hydraulic drawings and schematics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Be resourceful and a creative problem solver.
• Ability to work on machines up to 600 VAC.
• Write, troubleshoot, and test PLC programs for custom equipment using Allen Bradley Software.
• Write PLC logic from scratch.
• Ability to perform maintenance to troubleshoot issues.
• Adept at use of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Some travel to customers to startup and commission equipment.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years PLC programming experience
• High school diploma
• Ability to pass preemployment screening
