A high-powered New York couple has the need to hire a highly experienced, mature, polished, and discreet assistant to support the Mrs.. The couple has an exceptional team in place that is responsible for their homes, family office, Mr.'s office, and corporate team. Mrs.' Personal Assistant has moved out of state after many years of service. You are responsible for significant calendar management, acting as the air traffic controller for the principal, and coordinating her schedule with various personal teams and business clients, as well as liaising with herpersonal shopper, stylist, etc. You are low-key, private, gracious, poised, highly organized, able to pivot, and quick on the uptake. You are very knowledgeable about resources in the New York City area, or you know the "go-to" person to ask. Generally business hours based in her corporate office, and you have a 24/7 mindset. Mrs. is prepared to pay up to 250k plus full benefits, including fully paid family health coverage, generous vacation time, a bonus based on performance, and a beautiful office.
