School Hours | Monday – Friday | Pay: $21.10 - $22.70 per hour

Supplemental Healthcare is hiring Paraprofessionals to join our team and work alongside teachers at partnering school districts to help students with special needs succeed -academically, socially, and emotionally.

Every day, you’ll play a key role in creating a supportive, inclusive classroom environment where every student feels safe, capable, and valued.

Qualifications: (must have one of the following)

• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 6 months experience working with children
• Prior experience working with children with special needs, physical/mental disabilities, or behavior management
• Proficient in the use of standard computer applications
• Must have excellent written and oral communication skills
• The ability to work collaboratively with existing staff

What you'll be doing:

• Supporting students one-on-one or in small groups with classwork, communication, and daily routines
• Helping implement behavior plans and IEP goals with care and consistency
• Assisting students with special needs who may require help with mobility, personal care, or emotional regulation
• Creating a positive learning environment where all students can thrive
• Teaming up with teachers, therapists, and staff to make school a great place to be
• Celebrating small victories every single day
• Willingness to assist with physical or behavioral needs as required
