Title: Paralegal - Temporary Position
Rate: $30–$40/hour
Location: Remote (California-based) or Hybrid, Mission Valley, CA
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week initially; may scale to part-time depending on project needs)
Start Date: ASAP

About the Role

Eastridge is looking for a Temporary Paralegal to join our in-house legal team in supporting employment law, subpoena response, and litigation matters. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling sensitive employment records and compliance-related tasks.

What You’ll Do

• Review and respond to subpoenas; gather, redact, and prepare records for production.
  
   
• Support attorneys with employment litigation and agency matters.
  
   
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and outside counsel.
  
   
• Manage legal documents, contracts, and compliance records.
  
   
• Assist with audits, handbook updates, and employment law compliance initiatives.
  
   

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or Legal Admin (employment law/litigation strongly preferred).
  
   
• Experience with subpoena response and employment records production.
  
   
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
   
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
  
   
• California-based candidates required; CA labor & employment law experience preferred.
