Requirements:

• Must not have been terminated from last job due to safety issues
• No DUI convictions in CMV within last 3 years
• No DUI convictions in non-CMV within 3 years
• Must pass a drug test
• No serious at-fault accidents that resulted in major damage or bodily injury within 2 years
• No driver's license suspensions within last 2 years (leniency regarding recent med cert issues)
• No at-fault, preventable accidents (rear-end, lane change) within the last 6-month period (no injuries, no citations, no tows on these, and no collisions)
• No DOT recordable accidents such as rollover, jackknife, run under, within 2-year period.
