A leading Logistics and Freight company is seeking eager and ambitious talent that is willing to learn new skills. No freight/logistics training needed! Coordinate and maintain all transport; provide excellent customer service, and handle continuous interaction between agents, staff and corporate office members providing daily shipping updates. Related specific responsibilities will include: Provide customer service via email and phone Answer all customers’ questions and provide relevant information Track and trace shipments for customers/clients Maintain inventory levels for multiple clients Create weekly logistics reports Perform additional duties Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of customer service experience Minimum 1 year of Excel experience Logistic and freight experience is a PLUS Clerical experience is a PLUS Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision Detail oriented Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills #COR1 Ottimo Resources
