We are looking for an organized and resourceful part-time Office Manager to oversee daily operations and support our team in Texas. This contract position requires someone who can efficiently manage office tasks, coordinate events, and assist with facility-related responsibilities. The role offers an opportunity to thrive in a dynamic, team-focused environment while contributing to the smooth functioning of the office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily office operations, ensuring the workspace is organized, well-stocked, and fully functional.

• Coordinate the procurement of food, beverages, toiletries, and office supplies within budgetary constraints.

• Submit and track facility maintenance requests while liaising with property management for timely resolutions.

• Oversee building access and security protocols, including visitor and vendor coordination.

• Organize and execute office events, such as staff lunches, meetings, and volunteer activities, while managing catering and logistics.

• Support large-scale events by preparing the office and ensuring readiness for visitors.

• Facilitate office relocation efforts by conducting site visits, monitoring progress, and communicating with contractors and stakeholders.

• Supervise packing, labeling, and vendor coordination during the move to ensure smooth transitions.

• Maintain common areas and ensure technology such as conferencing equipment and TVs are operational.

• Collaborate with leadership and administrative teams to meet evolving priorities and deadlines.

• Proven experience in office management or administrative roles.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with teams and external vendors.

• Familiarity with ordering office supplies.

• Proficiency in maintaining office equipment and supplies.

• Comfortable handling receptionist duties, including welcoming visitors and managing inquiries.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Positive and proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving and teamwork.
