About Goshen Health Rehab: At Goshen Rehabilitation, our patients work one-on-one with highly trained rehabilitation specialists to build a plan that addresses their needs, abilities and goals. Our treatment options include:

Physical therapy
Occupational therapy
Speech-language therapy

Organizes and conducts occupational therapy programs to facilitate the rehabilitation of the physically handicapped. Directs patient participation in selected tasks to restore, reinforce and enhance the quality of life. Facilitate learning skills and functions essential to increase productivity, to diminish or correct pathology and to promote and maintain health. Establishes and maintains good working relationships with Colleagues, guests, nursing staff and the medical staff.

Position Qualifications

Minimum Education:
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. Must be certified or eligible for certification in the State of Indiana.
Preferred Education:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
Minimum Experience:
No experienced required.
Preferred Experience:
One year clinical experience
Certifications Required:
Current CPR certification for Health Care Professionals.
Certifications Preferred:
Advanced practice certifications, such as Certified Hand Therapist
