Job Description:
Dickey's Barbecue Pit is looking for a dedicated and energetic! As a team lead, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations during the night shift, maintaining our high standards of customer service, and overseeing food safety and cleanliness. This position is perfect for someone with leadership skills and a passion for BBQ who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the evening staff to ensure efficiency and excellent customer service
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment following health and safety guidelines
-Complete all required paperwork during a shift
- Assist in training new employees and ensuring they understand company policies and procedures
- Handle cash and complete end-of-day financial reconciliations
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints
- Ensure all equipment is cleaned and properly shut down at the end of the shift
- Lead by example by maintaining a positive and professional attitude
Qualifications:
- Previous supervisory or management experience in a restaurant or food service setting Required
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining a positive attitude
- Must be detail-oriented with a focus on cleanliness and safety
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Strong customer service skills and a passion for BBQ!
