Motion Graphic Designer & Filmmaker (with clarity, taste, and drive) You don't just animate — you communicate. Your work will support internal training, public education, and brand storytelling — all grounded in real-world impact. What You'll Do: Design and animate training videos, explainer graphics, and branded content Create clear, effective visual assets for digital and social channels Collaborate with editors, designers, and internal teams to ensure consistent visual delivery Build templates and workflows to scale production efficiently Occasionally support edits for live-action footage or events What You Bring: 3+ years of experience in motion design A sharp visual eye and a clean, purposeful aesthetic Proficiency in After Effects, Illustrator, and Premiere (CapCut, Photoshop, Figma = bonus) A strong portfolio that shows range and intentionality — not just flashy motion, but effective communication Experience working with instructional, corporate, or training content (a plus) Strong time management and communication skills A collaborative spirit, with a builder's mindset Requirements We're not just hiring talent — we're building a team of owners .
