If so, as a Mortgage Loan Officer for Dominion Financial Services , you will be empowered to drive outcomes through your ability to create relationships. We originate two main loan products - a short term bridge loan for fix & flip investors, and a long-term rental loan for landlords growing their rental portfolios. DFS is thriving in the current competitive environment, and we continue to grow aggressively each quarter. Our current origination volume is $70MM per month and we are looking to add talented members to our team who can enhance our current growth, and in return have uncapped compensation expected at $200k +.

Our primary business is the origination of mortgages for investors and investment companies. This is a business-to-business sales position, not business-to-consumer. This position primarily consists of taking prequalified live inbound calls from company generated marketing and making follow-up calls, emails and text messages to existing warm leads.

Responsibilities :

• Taking inbound calls from investors interested in mortgage loans
• Following up with existing leads
• Picking up the phone and making calls to drive opportunities
• Application evaluation
• Structuring finance for investment properties
• Evaluation of financial documents and mortgage applications

The right applicants must have an insatiable appetite for growth and success with the ability to pick up the phone and connect with people to understand and solve their challenges. Proven sales success preferred.
