Video Recording Project - On-Site Moderator As a dynamic Moderator on this innovative and exciting project, you will play a crucial role in facilitating Q & A sessions between pairs of project participants for on-site video recording sessions. You will be working with dynamic duos who have a pre-existing relationship that will be capturing short, engaging videos to record 30-minute to 1-hour sessions, focusing on facial expressions, gestures, verbalizations, and speech effects. Work location: New York or Waltham Office Temp: 3-month contract Compensation: $25/hr. Full-Time, Monday-Friday. What You Will Do During this moderation, you will be responsible for the technical aspects of the video recordings such as: Organize and store recordings systematically on a computer or cloud storage. Start, stop, and save recordings. Mitigate minor technical issues (e.g., connectivity problems, software crashes). Keep records of session details, including participant names, session times, and any technical issues encountered. To Be Successful You Will Have Fluency in English at a Native(C2) level. Authorization to work in the U.S., and the ability to work on-site in our Waltham, MA or New York, NY office. Ability to maintain moderation best practices. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with users and team members. Attention to detail to identify and address inappropriate content swiftly. Problem-solving abilities to handle conflicts and enforce guidelines fairly. Tech-savviness to learn and use moderation tools and platforms efficiently. Cultural sensitivity to navigate a diverse group of project participants.
