Job Description
Bailey Collaborative Solutions is seeking a skilled and motivated Modeling and Simulation Engineer to join our innovative team. As a Modeling and Simulation Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing computational models and simulations to support the design, analysis, and optimization of [company-specific systems/products/processes]. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain computational models and simulations using tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, or other relevant software.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field. Master's degree preferred.
- 0-8 years of experience (pay depends on years of experience)
- Proficiency in modeling and simulation tools such as MATLAB, Simulink, COMSOL, ANSYS, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a collaborative environment.
- Experience with statistical analysis and optimization techniques is a plus.
