Job Description

Mandatory Skills:

• 10+ years of CRM application experience
• 3+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM development
• Expertise in web portal creation
• Proficiency in customizing CRM forms and views
• Strong understanding of entity management and business rules

Responsibilities:

• Manage CRM deployments and configurations
• Ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure
• Act as primary contact for CRM development issues
• Design and implement CRM solutions aligned with business objectives
• Provide training and documentation for system changes

Technical Skills Required:

• CRM application management
• Dynamics 365 CRM development
• Web portal creation
• Customizing CRM forms and views
• Entity management and business rules configuration

Additional Responsibilities:

• Architectural design and implementation
• Program management, negotiation, and communication
• Leadership in defining and executing program requirements
• Strategic planning and stakeholder management
• Oversight of project teams and vendor activities
• Establishing and executing project management controls
• Assessing business and financial performance from a strategic perspective.

Compensation: $65.00 per hour
