Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Business Analyst - Hybrid Innova Solutions has an immediate need for a Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional Business Analyst for our client in Birmingham AL:
- Job is hybrid onsite two days per week, candidates must be local
- Four year Bachelor's degree is required
- This is a direct hire, fulltime opening, candidates MUST be able to work W2 (NO C2C OR 1099 candidate will be considers)
Overview:
- Participate in weekly Production deployment validation and deployment in and MS Dynamics 365 environment
- Help with any automation requirement for deployment
- Participate in any data migration activities for the D365 environments
- Gather requirements from suers and make change recommendations in the MS Dynamics 365 environment
- Help with user maintenance activities
- Analyze business requirements by collaborating with different teams, and studying systems flow, data usage, and work processes
- Help with any maintenance activities where Platform team is involved
- Help with troubleshooting of any deployment issues under platform team's purview
Required Skills:

- Install and upgrade packages as required in MS Dynamics 365 environment.
- Help with user maintenance activities.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:
