Position Summary

As a Mercedes-Benz Sales Porter , you’ll be a vital member of the sales team, ensuring vehicles are showroom-ready, clean, and correctly placed. This role supports the sales department by assisting with customer experiences, maintaining lot organization, and handling high-end vehicles with the utmost care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Experience Support

• Greet and assist customers on the sales floor and lot.
• Guide guests to sales staff and provide basic model information.
• Prepare vehicles for customer test drives and deliveries.

Vehicle Movement & Lot Organization

• Move and park vehicles in designated areas with precision.
• Maintain clear and orderly vehicle display lots.
• Conduct regular vehicle checks for cleanliness and presentation.

Showroom & Vehicle Presentation

• Ensure showroom vehicles are clean and attractively displayed.
• Wash, vacuum, and apply finishing touches (wax/tire shine) to vehicles.
• Rotate inventory to highlight marketable models.

Inventory & Key Management

• Manage keys and maintain records of vehicle movement.
• Replace sold units with new inventory promptly.
• Verify factory stickers, price labels, and addendums are in place.

Operational & Team Support

• Assist with vehicle deliveries and paperwork prep.
• Support light admin tasks and file organization.
• Adhere to safety and security protocols at all times.
• Communicate with sales managers and lot staff to maintain flow.

Requirements

• Experience: Previous porter or dealership experience preferred
• License: Valid driver’s license held for at least 2 years with a clean driving record
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, communication, and time management
• Availability: Able to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
• Professionalism: Positive, customer-first attitude and a team player
