What You’ll Do

Build, Test & Deploy Marketing Programs

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns using Oracle Eloqua
• Assist with creating email segments, building landing pages, Eloqua lead forms, and lead uploads into the CRM
• Collaborate with an integrated, remote marketing team to ensure seamless campaign execution

Proactive Testing & Optimization

• Proactively test marketing assets (emails, forms, landing pages, list uploads) to ensure error-free functionality
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance metrics to drive engagement and conversion

Collaboration & Communication

• Work alongside subject matter experts (SMEs) and business counterparts to deliver impactful campaigns
• Provide insights and data-driven recommendations for optimizing marketing automation initiatives

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Marketing Automation

Skills

• Marketing Automation Platform expertise, with proficiency in Eloqua (required)
• CRM integration experience (Salesforce preferred)
• CMS integration experience (Adobe Experience Manager preferred)
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and accountable
• Strong communication skills, proactive and concise
• Problem-solving abilities, resilient and adaptable
• Results-driven with a focus on metrics-driven campaign optimization
• Corporate Health Care experience a plus
• Local Candidates preferred/Remote OK
