Our Technology Strategy Consulting engagements help clients translate insights into transformational actions and achieve mission-critical priorities. We leverage Gartner’s resources to grow our client base and deliver value across sectors. What we do: Technology Strategy Consulting focuses on hands-on, project-based work grounded in Research and Advisory insights. We help clients optimize IT performance by guiding strategic decisions and executing on priorities across digital transformation, cloud, data, security, and more. Responsibilities Sustain and grow Gartner Consulting’s relationship with a defined portfolio of Gartner clients. Advise clients at the highest strategic level on big-picture and tactical technology-enabled outcomes. Collaborate with Expert Partners and others to bring the best solutions to clients. Qualifications Experience within a well-regarded management consultancy in a project delivery and sales capacity aligned to technology firms. Prior experience in problem-solving roles such as solution/technical architect or analyst preferred. Experience working with multiple IT solutions. Proven ability to lead people and build high-performing teams leveraging technology to drive priorities for commercial or government entities. Ability to inspire professionals from technical and non-technical backgrounds, with a commitment to team success and constructive action when needed. Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and ability to develop solutions and strategies using Gartner frameworks and methodologies. Hands-on capability to manage multiple client priorities simultaneously. MBA or other advanced degree preferred. Consistently high achiever with perseverance, humility, and a positive outlook. Proven track record in achieving or exceeding revenue targets. Ability to travel to client sites as necessary. A base salary range for this role is 184,000 USD - 248,000 USD. Actual salaries vary based on education, training, experience, and location. In addition to base salary, employees participate in an annual bonus plan or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. We offer generous PTO, 401k match up to $7,200 per year, stock purchase options, and more.
