About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Director to provide strategic leadership and oversight of its financial management, revenue generation, facilities operations, and community relationships. The successful candidate will work closely with the Artistic Director and the Board of Trustees to ensure that the organization's mission is achieved. Key responsibilities include aligning strategic and financial decisions with the company's values, championing diversity and inclusion goals, and supervising business and facility operations. The role also involves developing and managing budgets, setting and meeting revenue goals, and fostering a positive work environment. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative and adaptive leadership style, a commitment to equity and inclusion, and the ability to lead through change and uncertainty. Applicants for the Managing Director position at the company should have at least 7 years' of related experience in theater and/or arts management, or a bachelor's degree with 5 years' of management experience.
