Reporting directly to the Head of Recruiting, you will lead efficiency improvements, integrate emerging technologies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. The team values agility and simplicity but also recognizes the need for structured systems, data, and programs. Using your experience, judgement and decision-making skills, you will optimize workflows, from AI enabled automation, to headcount/data management and analysis.
