Maintenance Technician

Location: McCalla, AL

Shift: 6pm-6am (with overtime potential)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team in McCalla, AL. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing machinery to keep production running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Respond to breakdowns and minimize downtime.
• Ensure safety standards are followed.
• Keep maintenance records and manage spare parts inventory.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Ability to read technical manuals and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and overtime.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $27.00 - $32.00
