Lead Generation
Take advantage of our robust lead generation system. With life, mortgage protection, IUL, and annuities leads automatically entered into our CRM, our automated campaigns nurture prospects —giving you more time to focus on what matters: building relationships and closing sales.

• Building strong relationships and providing mentorship within a team is key to fostering a positive, collaborative environment. 
• Maintain and build client relationships, ensuring their insurance needs are met with the right solutions.
• Utilize our A.I. CRM system to manage client accounts, streamline operations, and maximize productivity.
• Leverage our lead generation system to maintain a steady pipeline of prospects.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and regulations to offer the best advice to clients.

• Proven experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of life,and health insurance.
• Leadership experience with a passion for mentoring and developing a high-performing team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Technologically savvy, with a willingness to learn and embrace new tools and systems.
• Life and health licenses (or willingness to obtain if necessary).
