We are seeking highly motivated and competitive Licensed Life Insurance Agents to join our team and drive the expansion of our business. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively seek out and acquire new clients, understanding their specific insurance needs and offering tailored solutions. By building strong relationships, your aim will be to facilitate business growth and enhance our reputation in the market, while providing eligible participants with robust options for their families.

As a Licensed Life Insurance Advisor, you will play a crucial role in promoting our insurance products and services. This will involve engaging with potential clients, showcasing the benefits of our offerings, and effectively closing sales. Additionally, you will actively contribute to our marketing efforts and stay updated on industry trends to provide informed recommendations to clients.

Ultimately, your dedication and results-driven approach will contribute to the overall success and growth of our business.

 

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and carry out an individual needs-based review of their plan and help them evaluate their needs against the services and coverage they are eligible to receive.
• Explain features and merits of the Life insurance products offered; recommend amount and type of coverage based on analysis of client’s circumstances.
• Provide professional advice regarding available products and services.
• Document and process requests for new products and services, including, but not limited to, calculating and quoting premium rates, completing applications, and determining payment methodology.
• Provide immediate follow-up on referrals with existing clients to ensure member/client satisfaction with program and insurance products
• Adhere to all security procedures and maintain strict confidentiality of all client information.
• Complete training and self-study to achieve and maintain required knowledge of agency products, services, and overall operations.
• Complete required online regulatory and compliance training.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Work setting:

• Independent 1099 contract
• Remote work

License/Certification:

• Life Insurance License

Agent Qualifications/Skills:

• Motivation for sales
• Product knowledge
• Attention to detail
• Strong communication skills

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bilingual is a PLUS but not required
• Life Insurance License
• 2 years of sales experience (Preferred)
• Good organizational skills
• Task-based work skills
