Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Licensed Esthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience providing a range of advanced skincare and body treatments including facials, body treatments, waxing, and eyelash/eyebrow laminations and lifts.. You should be knowledgeable about current skin health techniques and products, possess excellent communication skills, and be committed to delivering exceptional client care in a relaxing, professional environment. Role works at two locations within an 8 mile radius.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform customized facials tailored to client skin types and concerns
Administer advanced skin brightening treatments for hyperpigmentation and dullness
Conduct dermaplaning to exfoliate and remove vellus hair
Perform microdermabrasion treatments to improve skin texture and tone
Apply chemical peels (light to medium depth) with proper safety protocols
Shape and groom eyebrows through waxing, tweezing, and tinting
Provide body treatments including exfoliation, detoxification, and hydration services
Deliver connective tissue massage (facial sculpting) to improve circulation and skin elasticity
Conduct skin analyses and develop personalized treatment plans
Educate clients on skincare routines, post-treatment care, and recommended products
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment
Qualifications:
Current Esthetician License and Barbicide License in the state of California
Minimum 5 years of professional esthetics experience (preferred)
Proficient in all listed treatments and skincare modalities
Strong knowledge of skincare products and ingredients
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Availability to work on Tuesday and Saturdays.
