Schedule: 8-hour shifts

Position Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) to provide therapeutic services, case management, and support to individuals with mental health needs, substance use issues, and social challenges. The LMSW will play a key role in care coordination, client advocacy, and resource facilitation to improve outcomes for clients in a residential treatment setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct client assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide individual, group counseling, and family counseling, with a focus on addiction recovery, trauma, and mental health support.

• Facilitate motivational interviewing sessions to foster client engagement and goal setting.

• Deliver crisis intervention services and support during acute behavioral episodes.

• Collaborate with community agencies for housing assistance, job readiness programs, and other social services.

• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning and coordination.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Mentor and guide clients toward personal growth and independence.
  Provide education and support regarding social service systems, including Medicare navigation when applicable.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.

• Current licensure as an LMSW in Washington State; Compact license a plus.

• Experience with addiction counseling, behavioral health, and trauma-informed care.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Must pass a TB test, background check, and drug screening prior to employment

• Pass EHR/ EMR Tebra training within 30 days of orientation
