Responsibilities include: Providing excellent customer service by coordinating, scheduling, and administering resident activities. Serving as the property’s leasing representative: greeting prospects, presenting community features and benefits, and securing lease agreements from qualified persons. Recruits and trains volunteers. Preparing a monthly newsletter and activity calendar. Qualifications: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Customer service-oriented with the ability to support and promote good relations with staff and residents. Basic knowledge of office procedures and familiarity with Microsoft Office products. Professional appearance: clean, neat, and well-groomed.
