Job Description: Laboratory Medical Technologist
Location: Fort Mohave, AZ
Employment Type: Full-Time
Compensation: As per Exp.
Schedule: Night Shifts (10-12 hours per shift)

As a Laboratory Medical Technologist, you will perform diagnostic testing on patient samples to assist physicians in diagnosing and monitoring various disease states. You will also be responsible for additional tasks as assigned by management.

• Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science, or
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Physical, or Biological Science, or
  • Associate's degree with documented chemistry and biology coursework that meets CLIA requirements for high-complexity testing personnel.
• Certifications:
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire.
  • Medical Laboratory Scientist certification (ASCP, AMT, or HEW) is required within one year of hire.
  • For candidates certified before 1988, certification programs or military training with ASCP or HEW certification are acceptable.
• Experience:
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Medical Technologist (MT).

• 3+ years of experience as a Medical Technologist or Medical Laboratory Technician (MT/MLT).
