About the Role:

In this exciting role, you'll work closely with our dynamic Welcome Home Loan Team to boost the production of mortgage loans for manufactured and single-family homes. You'll be integral in guiding borrowers through the loan process, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

What You'll Do:

Originate Mortgage Loans: Focus on loans for manufactured and single-family homes.
Guide Borrowers: Interact with clients to collect information and assist them through the loan application process.
Prepare Loan Packages: Ensure all loan packages are accurate and complete.
Coordinate with Team: Work with processors, underwriters, and closers to facilitate a smooth loan approval process.
Communicate Effectively: Maintain clear and supportive communication with borrowers throughout their journey.
Resolve Concerns: Address any customer issues with professionalism and efficiency.
What We're Looking For:

Experience: Two years in residential or consumer mortgage lending, or similar relevant experience.
Skills: Familiarity with loan amortization and loan origination software (e.g., Byte Software).
Licensing: NMLS license or willingness to obtain one within 6 months.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Bonus: Bilingual fluency, especially in Spanish, is a plus.
