Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the installation and commissioning of diverse electrical systems, including generators, battery back-ups, streetlights, and both low and high-voltage electrical systems. Perform high-quality, safe electrical work while ensuring adherence to all building standards and codes. Collaborate with project managers, teams, and clients to ensure that each installation meets or exceeds customer expectations. Handle a wide range of tasks, from trenching and running wire to installing switchgears and performing system diagnostics. Ensure the safe operation of all equipment and tools, following safety protocols and regulations on all jobsites. Work with the warehouse and project teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and equipment. Provide leadership and guidance to junior electricians and trainees, fostering a positive and productive work environment. Requirements Proven experience and expertise in electrical systems, including streetlights, sports field lights, switchgears, and both low and high-voltage systems.
