Responsibilities: The summer analyst will be given significant responsibility and will gain in-depth transaction experience, client exposure, negotiation skills, and an understanding of transaction structures. In most M&A assignments, the summer analyst will participate in the following:

• Preparation and participation in new business presentations
• Conduct market and economic research
• Valuation analysis
• Build, update and maintain detailed financial models
• Preparation of Confidential Offering Memoranda
• Development of potential buyer lists
• Interaction with clients and potential buyers
• Work with practice leaders to support and lead various aspects of client engagements, business development, marketing activities, and day-to-day operations

Qualifications:

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• Current cumulative GPA is 3.4 or higher
• Available to work a minimum of 40 hours a week
• Demonstrates drive and motivation to succeed
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to work well in teams, but also independently
