What You’ll Do Develop and maintain relationships with clients focused on advice regarding equity capital markets issuances and opportunities. Create and deliver high-value financial analysis to a targeted universe of clients and prospects. Interact daily with senior team members and client management to execute ECM transactions and discuss strategic alternatives. Develop and maintain active dialogue with buyside investor clients. Collaborate with internal teams to cross-sell other bank products. Contribute to the strategic direction of the group and the professional development of team members. Skills You’ll Need Significant network and experience within the healthcare sector, with extensive product and market knowledge. Knowledge of the ECM function, with the initiative to drive processes forward. A proven track record of servicing multiple clients proactively and managing priorities effectively. Self-directed, highly motivated, and capable of working independently across multiple projects. Strong commercial acumen to understand client and market problems and to seize opportunities. Ability to coach and encourage a diverse team to achieve outstanding results. Skills That Will Help You Excel Excellent written and spoken communication skills. A strategic thinker capable of understanding broad business issues and making sound recommendations. Dynamic, adaptable, and highly motivated to thrive in a changing global environment. Employees are expected to work in the New York, NY office at least 4 days a week. The salary range for this position in New York City is $150,000 to $225,000, depending on skills, experience, education, and other factors. This range does not include incentive compensation or other remuneration.
