Job Summary: As an International Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to attract top talent globally. You will work closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand talent needs and ensure we build a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent across international markets.
Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels and tools to identify and engage with potential candidates. Build and maintain a pipeline of high-caliber talent.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and job requirements. Provide expert advice on talent acquisition best practices.
Recruitment Execution: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offer management.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely feedback and maintain clear communication.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and market conditions to offer insights and recommendations.
Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with local and international employment laws and regulations.
Reporting: Track and report on key recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to leadership on recruitment progress and challenges.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
Proven experience (5+ years) in international recruitment, preferably within [industry] or a related sector.
Strong understanding of global labor markets, recruitment strategies, and compliance issues.
