Description Job Summary: As an International Customer Relations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with our global clientele. Your primary responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer support processes and contribute to the success of our international business operations.
Responsibilities: Customer Interaction :
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Address customer concerns, complaints, and requests professionally and empathetically.
- Update customer profiles accurately in our database.
Order Processing and Documentation :
- Process orders for international clients, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Confirm delivery details and track shipments.
- Maintain export-related documentation.
Product Knowledge and Sales :
- Demonstrate features and usability of new products and services to clients.
- Upsell additional offerings based on customer needs.
- Collaborate with sales teams to promote our offerings globally.
Problem Resolution :
- Investigate and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Work closely with internal teams to address any operational challenges affecting customer satisfaction.
Communication and Relationship Building :
- Maintain healthy business relationships with international customers.
- Provide exceptional service to enhance customer loyalty.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
