Position Overview The Instructional Designer will design, develop, and implement engaging learning experiences for Kaseya employees and customers. This role combines expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design methodologies, and technology to create high-quality training content that drives knowledge retention and performance improvement. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to assess training needs and define learning objectives. Design and develop learning programs, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training (ILT), webinars, and blended learning solutions. Apply instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) to create effective learning experiences. Develop storyboards, scripts, and interactive learning activities. Create assessments, evaluations, and metrics to measure training effectiveness. Ensure all training materials are consistent with Kaseya brand and standards. Stay current with instructional design trends, learning technologies, and best practices. Support Learning Management System (LMS) administration as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Learning & Development, or related field (Master’s preferred). 3–5 years of instructional design experience, ideally in technology or SaaS environments. Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia). Experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Docebo, Cornerstone, or similar). Strong understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design models, and curriculum development. Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills Familiarity with IT software and SaaS products. Graphic design skills for creating visually appealing content. Experience with video production and editing. Strong analytical skills to assess learning effectiveness. Why Kaseya?
