INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE:

We are seeking an outgoing and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to play a crucial role in taking SafewayTax to the next level. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with a focus on selling services and maintaining client relationships.

As an Inside Sales Representative at SafewayTax, you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying prospective customers and generating leads through proactive outreach.
  • Conducting effective sales calls to convert leads into sales, emphasizing the value proposition of our services.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Providing exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and uphold company standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Expanding our customer base by identifying prospects, setting appointments, and efficiently managing the sales cycle to close new business across all service categories.
  • Demonstrating expertise in our products and services, conducting product demos, and addressing potential customer objections.
  • Communicating effectively with clients and executives, preparing concise proposals and documentation to support the sales process.
  • Assessing client needs and following a defined selling process to achieve sales goals.
  • Coordinating with other sales representatives to align efforts, share strategies, and meet quotas.
  • Effectively managing client relationships by identifying new sales opportunities and collaborating with colleagues to contribute to the overall success and growth of SafewayTax.

SALARY: $17.50/hr base pay + commission.

Requirements:

One or more years of sales experience within a similar industry.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills.

Proficiency with sales management software and CRM.

Strong ability to balance persuasion with professionalism.
