We are looking to expand our service offerings by launching a robust in-house affiliate marketing and social strategy division. Our mission is to empower creators to diversify their income streams, build sustainable growth, and optimize their online presence through effective affiliate strategies and social media content planning. The Role: As the Influencer Affiliate & Strategy Manager, you will lead the development of our affiliate services from the ground up. This is a hands-on role for a creative, strategic, and results-driven individual passionate about helping creators maximize their earnings through affiliate marketing and social strategy. What You’ll Do: Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies for talent across platforms like LTK, Amazon, and ShopMy. Optimize affiliate campaigns by analyzing performance metrics and identifying growth opportunities. Help clients set up and manage affiliate accounts, ensuring best practices and compliance with platform guidelines. Create strategies for creators on platforms like Pinterest, Instagram, and TikTok to boost affiliate sales and brand engagement. Design engaging, data-driven content calendars tailored to each client’s brand and audience. Create and curate visually compelling shopping collages and affiliate content that aligns with client aesthetics. Guide clients on best practices for social strategy and content execution to elevate their online presence. Create educational materials and offer coaching sessions to help talent optimize their social media engagement and growth. Offer 1:1 guidance to help clients refine their approach and reach their goals. Research market trends to uncover new opportunities for affiliate revenue. Innovate strategies to help talent exceed sales goals and build sustainable passive income streams. Must Haves: 2+ years of direct experience in affiliate marketing and social media strategy. Deep understanding of platforms like LTK, Amazon, ShopMy, and Pinterest (organic and ads). Strong creative vision with the ability to design aesthetically aligned content. Excellent project management skills and ability to handle multiple client accounts. Data-driven mindset with experience in performance analysis and strategy optimization. Passion for empowering creators to achieve their potential. Excellent written/verbal communication, including copywriting, and analytical skills with the ability to present information effectively and concisely, both internally within a team environment and externally with our clients. Excellent time management skills and ability to work collaboratively and independently to prioritize assigned tasks and execute them while maintaining deadlines. A strong work ethic, ability to take initiative, great attitude, a self-starter, and highly motivated. A smile.
