  • Experience working with commercial MES or CMMS systems , and knowledge of manufacturing data flows. (Experience with ERP systems a plus)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma methodologies (DMAIC/DMADV), and continuous improvement processes.
  • Experience with Silicon Carbide (SiC) processing or comparable semiconductor fab/foundry operations.
  • Familiarity with warehouse management, logistics workflows, and capacity planning principles.
  • Prior exposure to high-volume manufacturing (HVM), cleanroom operations, or fab automation.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across teams.
  • Demonstrated time management and project coordination abilities (PMP or equivalent project management knowledge a plus).

Benefits

  • Health Care Plan (Medical, Dental & Vision)
  • Retirement Plan (401k, IRA)
  • Paid Time Off (Vacation, Sick & Public Holidays)
  • Life Insurance (Basic, Voluntary & AD&D)
