We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Income Tax Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Permanent Income Tax Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating tax compliance, planning, and strategy for our diverse clientele.

- Manage and oversee all aspects of income tax accounting and reporting, including quarterly and annual tax provision as per the regulatory norms.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to optimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
- Provide expert advice on tax implications of business decisions and potential acquisitions.
- Review and analyze complex financial data to identify tax planning opportunities.
- Manage relationships with external tax advisors and auditors, and coordinate with them to ensure all tax-related matters are addressed effectively.

- Provide leadership and support to the tax team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
- Prepare and present tax reports to senior management, providing insightful analysis and recommendations.
Job Details
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CPA certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Accounting and Finance industry.
- Extensive experience with public accounting, corporations, and high net worth.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state income tax laws, and an understanding of international tax concepts.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex tax information to non-tax professionals.
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information discretely.
